We ensure the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we politely ask you to do so within 5 hours of purchasing, or else we will ship the goods regardless.
