Our shellfish stock will enhance your home cooking, taking meals to the next level of flavour with the minimum of fuss. 

This is a delicate shellfish stock that will complement a beautiful piece of white fish such as brill, turbot, monkfish, or John Dory. The perfect base for any seafood sauce, bouillabaisse or seafood chowder. 

Our shellfish stock is also ideal for creating simple shellfish broth, crab bisque or fish pie.

It even works great with prawn linguine or a seafood risotto.

We ensure the cooling of the products until they reach the customer. As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.
