A beautiful seasonal stock perfect for game braises, venison stews or pheasant casseroles and rich, deep sauces to give a more rounded flavour to complement your game recipes.

Our pure game stock is made the traditional way using naturally reared, furred and feathered game sourced from local butchers and farms in Switzerland during the game season.

Our range is naturally gluten-free and is perfect if you are following a healthy diet or you care about what you feed your body. Each batch of stock is packaged and frozen immediately. This retains its freshness and ensures its pure and natural, preservative-free quality. Nothing artificial is added to our stocks, allowing you to season your dish as you wish.

Please note: our Game stock is only available during the game season.

Autumn is game season in Switzerland. From village inns to butchers to gourmet restaurants, you’ll find game is served everywhere, ranging from deer and wild boar to chamois and partridge, and sometimes even ibex and snipe.

As soon as the goods have been delivered by the post office (even if only deposited), the customer is responsible for the professional cooling of the products. All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed, and we use food safe chill packs and liners to insulate the box. These will keep all the ingredients perfectly chilled for 48 hours.
